The event brought together key representatives from across the Pacific region, including Netball Samoa, Netball Papua New Guinea, Tonga Netball Association, and Netball Fiji.
Pacific representatives, including board members, CEOs, and staff specialising in areas of sport development, marketing and communications, high performance, and administration and finance were in attendance.
The objective of the workshop was to empower and inspire the attendees to become more formidable leaders within their respective organisations and communities.
The sessions were structured to dive into various aspects of leadership, governance, and administration, with a particular emphasis on problem-solving at the local level with locally tailored solutions. Fostering a healthy team culture was another focal point, with a spotlight on providing the tools necessary to enhance the efficiency of team dynamics and team environments.
