Netball Fiji has today announced its 15-member team for the upcoming PacificAus Sports Netball Series scheduled to be held in Brisbane at the Nissan Arena between February 17 – 22, 2025. Two members of the Fiji Pearls left our shores last weekend to play in the 2025 Malaysia Netball Super League Season(NSL) The two players are Goal Defender Reama Verekauta, and Goal Shooter Matila Vocea. Verekauta and Vocea will play for the Terrengganu Marvels where they’ll spend two months, the NSL will commence on the 8th of February and finals are scheduled on the 23rd of March. Netball Fiji is deeply saddened at the passing of former Netball Fiji President, current Oceania Netball President and Oceania Netball Regional Director, Wainikiti (Kiti) Bogidrau. Kiti had a long association with netball in Fiji where she began her netball administration journey over 20 years ago. She was President of the Nasinu Netball Association and later became Secretary of Netball Fiji. In 2010 she spearheaded the “Friends of Netball” group that raised funds to send the National team to the World Cup Qualifiers In Cook Islands....

The Fiji Pearls have continued with their preparation campaign under interim coach Jioweli Vakamoce in the lead up to the PacificAus Netball Series which is schedule for 17th February at the Nissan Arena in Brisbane.
