Netball Fiji is proud to announce its team to the PacificAus Sports Series in Sydney, Australia from 21st to 26th March.

The Fiji Team is:

The Non-Travelling Reserves are: Elina Drikibau*, Josephine Nailumu* and Kalesi Tawake*.

Fiji Netball head coach, Unaisi Rokoura, says “This will be our first major international competition since the 2019 World Netball Cup. COVID 19 has had a major effect on our international campaign and our athletes. The PacificAus Sports Series is our opportunity to test our elite netballers and to prepare ourselves for the Netball World Cup Oceania Qualifiers in July.”

Netball Fiji CEO, Vivian Koster adds “Netball Fiji is pleased to get its international campaign up and running again. We congratulate all the players who have fought for a place in the team, and those who have been successful in this round of selection. We look forward to a successful campaign.”

The PacificAus Sports Series is a result of the PacificAus Sports Partnership with Netball Australia and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Fiji will play international test matches against Samoa, Tonga, Papua New Guinea and Singapore
