Fiji Netball Men’s Head Coach Jioweli Vakamoce will oversee the Pearls regroup this Saturday and their participation at the PacAusSports Series in Brisbane in February.
Further and after much deliberation Netball Fiji has decided it will re-advertise the position of National Coach for the Fiji Pearls.
The decision to re-advertise underscores Netball Fiji’s commitment to finding the ideal candidate to lead the National Team to its events over the next 3 years and ensure we can achieve required results in alignment to Netball Fiji’s Strategic Plan.
Netball Fiji President RubyAnn Sorovaki said “The Head Coach plays such a pivotal role not just in ensuring the performance of our Pearls but equally important is the work in this role to foster talent and create clear pathways in the High-Performance arena for our players and coaches.”
“It is to this end that we will work to exhaust all avenues available to us to recruit accordingly.” Sorovaki added.
