Netball Fiji Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Vivian Koster, and Head Coach of the Fiji Pearls National Netball Team, Ms. Una Rokoura, have officially concluded their contracts with the Fiji Netball Association (FNA).
Netball Fiji President Mrs. RubyAnn Sorovaki has confirmed the recruitment process for both positions.
“We have successfully completed the first stage of the recruitment process and interviews for both roles will begin in the next two
weeks,” said Mrs. Sorovaki.
Netball Fiji remains committed to ensuring a transparent and thorough selection process to identify the best candidates for these
important positions, as part of its ongoing efforts to advance the Association and its strategic goals.
Comments on Netball New Zealand Test Series
A proposed Fiji/New Zealand Test Series was tabled earlier this year with Netball New Zealand earlier this year. Following continued discussions with Netball New Zealand, Netball Fiji has requested the possibility of rescheduling the series to a later
date and time.
The decision to reschedule is based on technical and budget considerations, including having the best prepared team. Netball Fiji is focused on ensuring we are well prepared to cater for the expectations for a Series of this caliber.
