Netball Fiji is proud to announce the Fiji Pearls for the upcoming PacificAus Sports Netball Series in Brisbane, Australia from 10 – 15 June 2024.
The team includes 4 likely debutants including two from the current Fiji 21&Under squad.
Netball Fiji CEO Vivian Koster said that the inclusion of the two U21 players is a testament to the Academy programe in place.
“We’re happy that two of our Academy players Nakula and Nalewabau, who are in the U21 squad, have made it to the Fiji Pearls team, this highlights the effectiveness of the National Academy program in providing a pathway to the Pearls, the other two debutants Gukirewa and Buli were standout players from the Suva and Nadroga Netball club competition.”
“The four debutants deserve their spots in the Pearls team for the PacificAus Sports Series,they performed well at the All Stars tournament, and this is their chance to showcase their talent on a global stage.”

The larger Fiji A squad will be announced at the end of June upon the return of the Fiji Pearls.
