The Digicel Lightning and the Digicel Flames will take the court this Saturday to battle in the grand finals of the Digicel Punjas 2020 Reset Netball Championship.
The Flames who finished top of the tournament despite their loss to the Lightning in the final round of play will be out to win this match to retain first place.

He said “This week our training focus was based on fine tuning our defensive structures and perfecting our attacking strategies. Our girls have put in a lot of effort this week and are focused on the task at
hand.
Netball Fiji President, RubyAnn Sorovaki has applauded the sponsors of the event Digicel and Punjas. ‘We have witnessed over the last few weeks some fantastic display of netball and this is all thanks to the support of Digicel and Punjas who share
our vision of growing netball through the empowerment of all those involved in our sport’. We have been able to look at what works and what doesn’t in our pursuit to lift the standard of the game and their sponsorship of events such as this allows us to
look at ways to grow the popularity of the sport and lift standards.’
Following the finals Netball Fiji will announce its 25 member Fiji Pearls training squad with the remaining members to be named in the Fiji A squad. The squads will then regroup following the appointment of the National Coach in December.
